1. About Queldo

Queldo is a digital home maintenance platform designed to help homeowners organize, schedule, and manage maintenance for their homes, gardens, apartments, and other properties. Our Services include features such as personalized maintenance plans, reminders, maintenance history, family collaboration, and AI-assisted recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You may use Queldo only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. If you are using Queldo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that your use of Queldo complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of Queldo, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and complete registration information;
• keeping your login credentials secure and confidential;
• all activity that occurs under your account;
• notifying us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or improperly.

4. Using Queldo

You agree to use Queldo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• use the Services to harm, harass, or defraud others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services;
• use automated means to access or interact with the Services without our prior written consent;
• transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization.

5. Home Maintenance Recommendations

Queldo provides maintenance recommendations, schedules, and reminders to help you plan and organize home care activities. These recommendations are informational only and are based on the property details you provide, general home maintenance guidance, and AI-assisted suggestions.

Queldo's recommendations do not constitute professional engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, safety, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any recommendations provided by Queldo.

Always consult qualified professionals before undertaking significant home maintenance, repair, or renovation work. Queldo does not warrant that any specific recommendation is appropriate, complete, or suitable for your particular property or situation.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Some features of Queldo are powered by artificial intelligence technologies. AI-generated content, including maintenance recommendations, task suggestions, and other outputs, may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your needs;
• you should independently verify AI-generated recommendations before acting on them;
• Queldo is not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content;
• AI features may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time.

7. User Content

You may add content to Queldo, such as property details, notes, tasks, and other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By adding User Content to Queldo, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

We do not sell your User Content. We process your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Family Features

Queldo may offer features that allow multiple users to access a shared household workspace. If you invite others to join your household workspace:

• you are responsible for ensuring invited users are permitted to access the shared content;
• invited users will be able to view and interact with shared household information, tasks, and history;
• you should only invite people you trust;
• household owners may be able to manage member access and permissions.

Queldo is not responsible for disputes between household members or for content shared within a household workspace.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Queldo may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid features require a subscription and are subject to the fees and billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled;
• you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store;
• cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant app store or payment processor;
• we reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

10. Beta Features

We may offer beta or early-access features from time to time. Beta features are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice. We make no warranties regarding beta features and may discontinue or modify them at any time.

11. Availability of the Services

We aim to make Queldo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.

12. Intellectual Property

Queldo and its contents — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, and AI-generated outputs produced by our systems — are owned by or licensed to Queldo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Queldo at any time if:

• you violate these Terms;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority;
• we discontinue the Services.

You may stop using Queldo at any time and delete your account through the application settings. Upon termination, your access to the Services will end, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Services, including AI-generated content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUELDO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

TO THE EXTENT QUELDO'S LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUELDO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS, ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Queldo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Services;
• your User Content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any third-party rights.

17. Changes to the Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We will aim to communicate material changes in advance where practicable. Your continued use of Queldo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also notify you through the application or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Queldo after revised Terms take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect their validity and enforceability.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Queldo regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
